Practice Info
Practices will begin in July 9th
Practices are 1.5 hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
Each practice will include technical skills work, maintenance, dryland, etc. along with plenty of time riding the trails.
Practice times will adjust as we lose daylight to start earlier
Riders will be divided into groups based on rider skills observed by coaching staff (during the first few practices) and in discussions with athletes on their goals/interests.
Also, occasional weekend team-building trips, trail work and camping trips

Front suspension recommended, rear optional

No kickstands, no bar ends(handlebar extensions)

Portable Tire pump (mounts on bike or fits in bag), CO2 cartridges are an option

Clip-in shoes (We recommend all riders complete skills in flats and new riders use flats the 1st year.)
